The Importance of Reporting Range and Type of Laboratory

The Importance of Reporting Range and Type of LaboratoryIt is not always clear when authors write in a format that permits the reader to include in his or her list of research papers, each and every individual and details of tests that were conducted. While authors can write in a manner that works with this expectation, it will be clearer to the reader if authors use the typical formats in their research papers. The proper format for any research paper is by including the date and the names of the laboratories that were used for the research papers. While it is fine to include the names of the individual for whom the tests were conducted, it is good to provide the year and the title of the individual for whom the test was done. In some cases, the authors may use a bold font on the dates, but the reader should look at each and every column to assure that the date has been indicated on every single column of every page.Range is another point that should be mentioned in every single colu mn in the research papers. It will be useful to have the ranges on all rows that relate to each individual and their results. This will make it easier for the reader to know whether the results listed are the range of figures and not just the mean or median. The type of laboratory that was used and the names of all the individuals involved in each group of tests should be identified in the research papers so that the reader can find the source of the data in case the data is not identified in the type of laboratory that was used. In some cases, if it is not possible to identify the lab of each individual, authors will mention the name of the individual. Otherwise, the range of figures will be included in the cells of the paper.Range should be mentioned along with the methods that were used and whether the same or different procedures were used. Sometimes it may be difficult to determine what methods were used because the title of the experiment is not given to the reader. The methods mentioned in the cell will be listed in the left hand column of the paper. The methods should also be listed if the same method was used by more than one individual. Each row in the research paper will have the names of the individuals who participated in the research tests and the methods they used for those tests. Methods that were used in more than one individual should be listed in the right hand column. In addition to listing the individual who was tested for each test, the range of figures should be mentioned if that figure was an average or a range of figures. Other figures that should be mentioned along with the range of figures will be total test time, percentage of cure, percentage of cure after one year, percent of cure after five years, etc. Other types of figures that should be mentioned are the mean weight of the tumor, mean body weight, incidence of death from the disease, incidence of death from the disease within one year, and the percent of people that would need a surgery after one year.Among the types of figures that should be noted are average weight of the tumor, the proportion of the subjects who required a surgery, average or range of test results, mean age of the subjects, mean age of the subjects before they underwent the surgery, mean age of the subjects after they underwent the surgery, mean weight of the tumor before and after the surgery, mean weight of the tumor after the surgery, and the percent of people that would need a surgery after one year. The paragraph should be noted that each of these figures are percentages. It will be good to note that the percentages were calculated as the means divided by the standard deviation.
